Bulgarian language is the language of Bulgarians and Pomaks. Bulgarian language has a long history and it was the first “Slavic” language that was attested in writing. After going through many changes, modern Bulgarian language has come out to be based on eastern dialect. However, its pronunciation lies in between east and west Bulgarian. The script used for writing the language is Bulgarian Alphabet. Some of the frequently expressed words are loanwords from other world languages like French and Italian. Bulgarian language should not be confused with Bulgar language.
